WebOnWater (“we”, “us”) keeps this site simple, and we collect very little about you.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, topic and message you type in. We use them only to reply to you and to run our business: scoping work, sending quotes and keeping a record of the conversation.

Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers it on your own device (local storage). It never leaves your browser.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this page first.

Who handles your information

To run the site and the contact form we rely on a few service providers, who process data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the spam check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile). They may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and block abuse.
• Resend delivers contact-form messages to us by email.
• Migadu hosts our email, where your message and our replies are stored.

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and related email for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete them. If we work together, project records are kept for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
